QUALITY PRODUCTION
As we have a wide range of equipment, this site highlights the most popular machines in our line. Please contact us concerning other types of equipment.
Thibaut machines are able to process materials like marble, granite, limestone, engineered stone, quartz, concrete, plastic, acrylic, ceramics, etc.
Overview
Thibaut built equipment has traditionally been heavier than our competitors.
Stone cutting or grinding, if seen at the microscopic level, is a result of both percussion and physical abrasion. Percussion is detrimental to diamond tool life as the diamond can be knocked out of the binder that holds it together. Abrasion is the result of a diamond being dragged across a mostly quartz surface. It is more effective when the “ripping” action is uniform and not subject to vibrations which will result in “chattering”.
A solidly built, rigid and heavy machine eliminates both percussion and chattering, resulting in a quality cut or finish and longer tool life.
Built to Last
Long life of the equipment is due to a high degree of precision craftsmanship. This is reflected both in terms of precision engineering and attention to corrosion resistance (durable finish, extra protection where required).

All sub-assemblies of a Thibaut machine start out with a complete chemical cleaning of all surfaces before being sandblasted and oven-cured primed (to eliminate any residual moisture). This is followed by two finish coats of two-part epoxy. With proper care, any Thibaut machine will last for decades and still look factory fresh.
What you get with your machine
Training
Training is an integral part of the system. Upon installation, our customers’ operators are fully trained in both the use of the machine and its maintenance. This is where our experience comes into play.

There is Thibaut machines in every conceivable place on earth and every conceivable environment. And while we are not hesitant to learn from our customer base, we have built a large body of know how. In addition, we are always available if you have questions (or suggestions, for that matter).
Warranty and After Sales
In US, every Thibaut machine is warranted for a period of One year or 2000 operating hours. Every Thibaut machine is backed by a comprehensive after sales service. Pyramid Supply, the parent company of EuroStone Machine, maintains an important inventory of Thibaut spare parts, and most can be obtained overnight.
Lately we celebrated our 25th year with Thibaut, and over the years have developed a familiarity and competence with the full range of Thibaut equipment. We have two full-time technicians for Thibaut in our Vermont office, two tooling specialists (application and repair), and other staff. The machines themselves are equipped with self-diagnostics, and some machines are fitted with modems for remote monitoring.
Thibaut machines are also supported by a very efficient service department at the factory level. Someone will always be available to you in case of difficulties, either in the US or at the factory (all of Thibaut's service technicians are multi lingual).
