Overview

Thibaut’s TSH horizontal diamond wire saw achieves high levels of accuracy by sawing blocks through the width instead of the length: less bow of the wire means less wandering in the cut and flatter, straighter cuts. Also, because the wire circulates around the block and wedges are automatically inserted along the cut, the machine can be programmed for reliable cutting 24 hours per day and over weekends. Ask about the many benefits of this design.

The TSC Numeric, in contrast, is a vertical contour wiresaw, able to saw curves according to X and Y designs produced by most CAD files. This machine was designed mainly for the memorial and architectural fields.
